The founding Principal, Mr Brian Lewis Saidman, FIBA, Valuation Surveyor, a Fellow of the Institution of Business and Commercial Agents since 1968, an original member of staff of Conrad Ritblat & Co. and a director for 5 years with the development group, Wingate Investments Plc, has, for more than thirty five years, been directly involved in all matters pertaining to the property profession, including Sales, Acquisitions, Lettings, Valuations, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Surveys, Management, Property Consultancy and Law of Property Act Receivership.
